The third part is the first analyzes the use and in judicial practice show that the problem was, and through from the starting, criminology, evidence, learn, procedure law, punishment law Angle analysis and demonstrates the legitimacy of the temptation investigation. The fifth part is the core part of this paper. In the full investigated countries regulate and judicial practice, combined with actual situation in China based on forward control of the implementation of the standard design temptation investigation.
