As the national economy and people's living standards improved, banks and people's lives are more and more closely linked. Because of the requirements on value such as security, many people have the tendency to deposit their money in the bank. However, disputes between banks and depositors have been generated. One of the most important causes is the popularization of the e-savings business and highly dependent on IT technology. That banks often ignore some details in specific operations is another factor. The inadequacies of existing laws also results in such contract disputes. In judicial practice, the case of getting money on false impersonation is common and difficult to solve. Therefore, it is necessary to do an in-depth analysis on the deposit contract in the side of the jurisprudence. Then through the research on theories, people can benefit from it in practice, such as having a reasonable expectation to reduce disputes and lower transaction costs.
