Application Of Environmental Crimes Of Strict Responsibility

In this paper, Anglo-American criminal law scholars to seriously study analysis of discourses on the basis of the meaning of strict liability, to clarify some of our Anglo-American criminal law scholars in the strict liability system, a few misconceptions. Analysis of the academic environment for the crime of strict liability applies in the reasonable argument, the authors suggest that strict liability regime is in line with requirements of modern society to effectively prevent and contain the trend of crime against public welfare. From an international perspective of the strict liability for environmental crimes, described the common law and civil law system and the relevant provisions of China's environmental crimes and strict liability regime applicable to the social value, economic value, and ecological value of the sum, in this Made in China for its legislative proposals.
