The Communist Party Of China Construction Learning Party Experience And Approaches

Extensive and profound changes take place in the contemporary world, China is also going through a wide-ranging and deep-going transformation. In the environment where both opportunity and challenge exist, the Communist Party of China needs to continuously strengthen learning and be good at learning in order to be a party which has a broad and world perspective, to lead the time, to be the core of the leadership in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, constructing a learning party becomes not only the first need for our party to survive and develop in the context of globalization, the new requirements for improving the party's governing capacity,and the inevitable choice to maintain the party's advanced nature, but also the important guarantee in the socialist modernization construction and the great rejuvenation.Based on the profound analysis of learning party's connotation, with "why build" and "how to build" as the main line of the communist party of China, this article mainly discusses the construction practice of learning party ideas and realistic paths. The full text is divided into four parts:The first part elaborated on the problem which has been put forward and the significance of research, research situation, thoughts and the frame, research methods.The second part mainly clarified the connotation and features of learning party, discusses the theoretical basis of learning party construction, and systematically summarizes the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to theory study and the historical experience of constructing learning-typed party.The third part focused on the necessity of learning party construction. The external requirement of economic globalization and new technological revolutions, the urgent need of enhancing the party's ruling ability, the realistic basis of the comprehensive construction of well-off society and the inevitable choice of maintaining the party's advanced nature requires the construction of requirements learning party. The fourth part explored, in a practice level,the effective methods and paths to construct study-oriented party and put forward specific operational strategy from four aspects such as building a concept of learning, the innovation on learning contents, build fine style and strengthening the system construction, to solve the "learn what" and "how to learn" problem.The epilogue pointed out that constructing learning party is a long-term, complex and difficult system engineering, which requires the joint effort of all the Party Committees and governments and the general Party members under the correct leadership of the the Party Central Committee.
