Circuit trial system stems from Britain, it is also an important component of our country's legal system. Our country's circuit trial system has built in the new democracy time, at the beginning of the establishment,it was very popular, and played a very important role. However, it has withdrewed from history , particularly when the judicial reform happens. Recently, with the Supreme People's Court's promotion, this system has become more and more popular today.Circuit trial system is playing a vital role in practice both to the people and our country.To the people, it can make the participation in the lawsuit more convenient, and reduce people's lawsuit burden; to the country, it is helpful to dispose the judicial resources more effectively, it can also maintain social stability and promote the process of the law. However, in the practice it has a lot of problems, for example: paying too much attention to the form instead of the essence, pursuing on the social effect too much instead of fair, only when avoid these situations, can we reach the purpose which circuit trial system truly set up. There are some problems in the circuit trial system,to solve these problems,measures should be taken in the practice,such as: clear the goal of this system to adapt the requestion of our country's judicial reform; provide material guarantee to the court and the system; reduce judicial costs and so on. Circuit trial system is very important to our country in the practice,I hope this article can be of use to improve the circuit trial system.
