Based on the principles of international humanitarian, the International Humanitarian Law, offering necessary protections to victims of war, is applicable in international and non-international armed conflicts. The key purpose is to protect victims who includes but not limited to injured army, prisoners, innocent people, people who suffer the shipwreck, medical personnel, religious workers, media press, women and children.Recently, conflicts are frequently broke out worldwide, which brings countless pains to those victims. Meanwhile, the International Humanitarian Law, which should offer protection to victims of war, is not strictly worked out in this case. This article aims to highlight the importance of applying the International Humanitarian Law in conflicts and offering necessary helps and protections to victims as per the Law by elaborating some specific rules and new circumstances happened. The most important part is about solving new emerging issues by improving and working out the Law system.In past 50 years, the application of International Humanitarian Law has already saved lots of people. Thanks to the Law, they survive from the war, and are well cared and fully respected. However, in current grim situation, each party involved in the war should highly respects the International Humanitarian Law and protect those victims from merciless conflicts!...
