Study On Basical Regulation Of Public Intestlitigation

Recently events involving public interests happen a lot, although some were solved by administrative practice, but we wonder if there is better way to settle the arising problem or to manage the dispute before getting worse. As the reform and open up goes forward, public interests become core issue of great importance, so public interestlitigation become well valued based on the situation. So far some theories on this issue have already been brought forward by some legal scholars and more are submitted.This article includes a foreword,four chapters and a ending.
