The Thought Of The Protection Of Chinese Citizens International Security In International Law

Facing the more and more serious Chinese Citizens international security issue, China Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Center Consular Protection has reported the annual security of Overseas Chinese Citizens. I'm also directed to this point. I will discuss how to reduce the hidden danger of Chinese Citizens international security and how to protect them. This paper consists of four Chapters. The first Chapter is mainly to analyze the current situation of Chinese Citizens international security. I also analyze the types of dangers and point out the hidden reasons. The second Chapter is to analyze the working of Overseas Protection according to the introduction of Consular and Diplomacy Protection. On the base of the above Chapters, the third Chapter is to bring out the issue of Chinese Citizens international security. The fourth Chapter is the most importance. I will give the practicable suggestions of perfecting the Consular Protection and point out the concrete precautions of Chinese Citizens protection.The good or bad protection of Chinese Citizens international security reflects the situation of the governmental working and citizens'quality. It's a long way and a heavy task to reduce the hidden danger of Chinese Citizens international security and protect them.
