The Research On Villagers' Autonomy

Villager self-government is the most important form of democracy in rural areas, and it has far reaching significance for economic and social development in China's rural areas. Villagers'autonomy refers to the right of autonomy of villagers in villagers'organization, and it's the most important content of villager self-government. Nowadays more and more scholars are researching the view of villager self-government, however, few scholars refer to the view of villagers'autonomy. With the deepening of villager self-government ,?there have been many problems when villagers'autonomy are operated. Therefore, researching the nature, current situation, problems,? protection and relief of villagers'autonomy is very important, especially from the perspective of constitutional law. This article attempts to research the theory of villager self-government,?analyze villagers'autonomy from theoretical and empirical aspect. Then it will research the nature of villagers'autonomy, and raise many improvement and relief measures for it.There will be four parts in this article.?The first chapter is the general theory of villagers'autonomy. The second chapter is the nature and content of villagers'autonomy. The third chapter is the problems of villagers'autonomy when it is operated. The fourth chapter is the protection and relief of villagers'autonomy, from analyzing the problems of villagers'autonomy when it's operated, the article proposes the measures of protection and relief for villagers'autonomy. The article expects to? enrich our existing the theory of villager self-government and villagers'autonomy from researching the villagers'autonomy in villagers'organization.
