Research On The Development Of Chinese Legal Mode

At present, although academia always deserved to rule of law issues,namely the value of the rule of law has made a lot of interpretation of the concept and the value of the rule of law based on the pursuit of such content. It has drawn a picture blueprint for the rule of law. However, to explore a pattern consistent with China's rule of law, there are few works for dealing with model of the rule of law for empirical search and has being strengthened. After all, the realization of the rule of law also needs to be done to implement a process from the text. To remedy this, we need to strengthen the rule of law and develop model of China.In the determining topic, I seriously collected about legal material about pattern of development at home and abroad and searched many Chinese and foreign scholars'legal writings. I have a certain amount of basically theory.This paper has five parts, the first part is mainly to the rule of law, including national concept of the modern countries how to definite and the elements of concept of modern countries .The second part is to realize the rule of law, including analysis of specific pattern under rule of law and pattern means realizing modern countries under the rule of law. The third part mainly realizes the modern countries under the rule of mode selection, including the Chinese characteristic socialism government by law and analyze the characteristics how to choose the inevitability of rule of law mode. The fourth part mainly realizes the modern rule of law.It is concluded that China chose combinational model according to the inevitability of development pattern, which is the foreign factors in shaping, can say'Inner power and external pressure'together to impel the combinational model for China and follow the rule of law. This is the development mode of the inevitable choice of history and reality.
