The Research On Supplementary Regulations' Time Limit Of China

Accompanied by the accomplishment of system of socialist laws with Chinese characteristics in 2010, the relevant law research and legislative practice on supplementary regulations are in the ascendant. In China existing laws, there are 182 laws require supplementary regulations involved 641 terms, which needs corresponding subject make 664 supporting legislations in total.However, there also exist problems such as low auxiliary, long period of formulating and so on. Two important reasons are the stubborn legislative idea as well as lack of relevant rules about time limit of supplementary legislation. As is known to all, supplementary regulations are the footstone of the system of socialist laws with Chinese characteristics, and also the adhesive which ensures the normal operation of the laws in China. Therefore, our country should attach great importance to the supplementary legislations, and perfect the system of its legislative time limit, eventually leading to the final solution of supplementary regulations.
