The continual emergence of the situation that prosecution-related letters and visits never end has seriously affected the judicial authority, social harmony and national authority for a long time. The authority and finality which judicial power requires is not realized in the prosecution-related letters and visits some of which lasts decades of years. Thus, revolution and innovation in prosecution-related letters and visits is badly needed to establish a termination mechanism of prosecution-related letters and visits.This thesis tries to find how the termination mechanism of prosecution-related letters and visits works in the practice based on background,role,functions,procedures and supporting systems.
