Legal Regulation In Affiliate Transaction Of Private Bank

Because of its advantages, private bank has a good momentum and plays a more and more important role in our financial system recently. Meanwhile, the risk of its affiliate transaction has been revealed gradually. In our country, private bank is still in the developing stage, besides, it has a particular property right structure and a special governance mode. So, laws and corporation regulations of private bank are remain to be improved.This article concludes three parts:a foreword, three chapters and an ending. The forward is mainly a background analysis of why we do this research and what methods we will use. The first chapter gives a description of the importance of the private bank and analyses the risks of affiliate transaction. The second chapter reviews the existing law system about affiliate transaction of the private bank. The last chapter uses a comparison analysis and provides some suggestions. And the ending sums up the whole study work of this article.
