Research On Measurement Model In Government Affair Processes Of Public Satisfaction

Public satisfaction is the starting point and ultimate destination of Government affair processes, a public satisfaction model in government affair processes can explore and broade the range of applications in the measurement of public satisfaction from a new way, it will promote public satisfaction of Government affair Process towards a new development in the further.In this paper, The origin theory of Government Process Management was traced after the basic issues of government affair processes and public satisfaction were introduced, After pay emphasis on the introduction of the classic model of customer satisfaction and public satisfaction, the public satisfaction model in government affair processes were built innovatively, and corresponding assumptions based the theory of the model were proposed.This is the core of this study.Then, the empirical research with the public satisfaction model in government affair processes were carried out.The raw data from the Nanjing Labor and Social Security were obtained by myself after an investigation.Next, based on SEM, SPSS and LISREL were used to make statistical analysis of the data, and revised the public satisfaction theoretical model based on results of the data, so that the new model better fit the reality of nature. And the assumed model of the theoretical assumptions also were verified.Finally, combing with the empirical results, the upgrading strategies of how to improve the administration of affair processes to Nanjing Labor and Social Security were given so that give it the way to improve the work process and increase the public satisfaction in the future.
