In the Creditor, the assignee of the security status of legal protection, its transferee interests are effectively protected in law, is to develop the system of Credit and the deciding factor. As the claims do not have enough property as publicity methods to the outside world, and change itself claims to lack sufficient for identification of the characterization of the outside world, the security of transactions on the parties likely to cause greater prejudice, it is difficult to get the interest of the assignee fully protected.Through the first part of this paper claims to the basic theory and analysis, claims were explained to the constitution and the practice and effects on the evolution of Credit and the developing trend, and will allow with the concept of credit and related distinction between the concept.The second part focused on claims for damage and in several cases the interests of the assignee, by way of case study, analyzes the representation claims and claims with legal effect to the interests of the assignee. The third part of the claim for benefits with the conservation status of the assignee, by the need to protect the interests of the assignee and the assignee protection legislation of interest analysis, that the interests of our country assigns legislative defects existing protection system .The fourth part is the focus of this paper, mainly to protect the interests of the assignee to proceed make the transferee trust to protect the interests of the proposed System, and from the claims of time and perfect place for the transfer and notification procedures and other aspects of the protection of the interests of the assignee additional recommendations.
