Study On Government Management Innovation Based On The View Of Electronic Governance Affair

Electronic government affair is an outcome of combining information technology, network technology with government administration, which brings great impulse to government management innovation. At the same time a new challenge was put forward to management of government by the tendency of economy globalization which was a beyond ignorant background for government establishes and regulates its'function, power and ability. Based on the view of electronic government affair, this paper studied the interrelated problems that electronic government affair was regarded as the engine for impelling government management innovation. The main work was listed as follows:Firstly, the concepts, traits, content and other related concepts of electronic government affair and management innovation of government were summarized, the interactive relationship between electronic government affair and management innovation of government was studied. the active function what was brought to management innovation of government by electronic government affair was studied. The problem about how government management innovation was impelled by electronic government affair was analyzed in detail from the three aspects of improving government efficiency, broadening democratic participation and constructing law-ruled government.Secondly, the current actuality of Chinese electronic government affair was studied. The gained achievement in developing electronic government affair was summarized, and the exist deficiencies were analyzed form the four aspects of conception, system, technology and application.Thirdly, the countermeasures for constructing electronic government affair and the approaches for innovating government administration were advanced. The ways that how to develop Chinese electronic government affair currently and how to innovate government administration in the age of electronic government affair were indicated.With the view of electronic government affair developing, the working studying government management innovation is an important theme of epoch significance.
