On The Right To Security

Security is the protection of people to survive in the society, and the basic conditions involved in social life,Whether a person survive or living healthy in the community, whether to participate in social depends on whether he can enjoy full personal safety. However, sudden "natural and Man-made disasters" fully highlights we need to improve our security situation, the safety right of citizens to be strengthened.This article first to define the right to security, that security right is a protection of people's body, reputation, property, status and people's rights are expected to be realized, that citizens have the right to pursue happiness. Right to security covers two aspects: right to survive and right to development, the right to survive includes the right to refuse the harm and the right to relief distress .The second part focuses on the extended performance of the right to security and the meaning of the reasons that led to this expansion, namely, the subject against the security includes not only the state organs,but also including natural persons, legal persons and other landscape subjects.The third part analyzes the legal protection of security, by inductive analysis of the existing theories on the rights protection, the relevant provisions from abroad, I believe that the right to security should be clearly defined in the Constitution, Protected the right to security by regulating the behavior of state organs and improving the safety awareness of citizens. Finally,explain the legislative trend of security right clearly.
