The New Development Of Victim-Offender

Considering the theoretical research and system designing of victim-offender-reconciliation, I try to explor its development path of ancient and modern, compare the cultural differences between China and foreign, reference the essence of advanced systems, base on our country's fundamental of law.I will construct the basis of victim-offender-reconciliation with right of action theory, using the exist-results, focusing the detail-design, trying to form a comprehensive and concrete procedure of victim-offender-reconciliation. Hope the paper can be able to give the victim-offender-reconciliation a better development in China mainland, make it to play the role of reducing crime, establishing a stable,order society and repairing relations .
