Legal Aid Lawyer Ethics Study

Legal aid has an important role of the construction of a harmonious society. The significance of legal aid, not only help poor people into lawful dole orbit but also have those who know nothing about law got support, and more importantly, to seek fot lawful justice and t possibly social justice.Now, there are various difficulties in legal aid's aspect, and as a lawyer should fully play its role of maintaining social fairness and justice, which not only require have a good professional level, but also has high professional ethics. Lawyers as a important part of the judicial national system, who defend the rule of law in modern legal justice and social justice legal professionals, and as vulnerable groups in need of legal aid lawyers is seen as defenders of the rights and interests. Compared to the modern Western countries, legal aid lawyers in China started late and Professional Ethics is lagging behind, thus there are many issues to be resolve. it is based the above considerations, the author wrote《Professional Ethics of the Legal Aid lawyer》.which is divided into four parts: The first part is the abstract of this paper. The second part, the author explains the main legal aid lawyers'concept of professional ethics, content, features, significance, and discuss it in detail. The third part is the importance of this article, the author describes the legal aid lawyer ethics problems and analyze the causes of the problem, combined with some statistical data and case, which from the objective causes and subjective reasons of the two aspects of the system. The fourth part is also the importance of this article, the author describe education, incentives, job security, the establishment of public lawyers, self-cultivation in five areas specifically addressed how to improve the existing legal aid lawyers'ethical issues, and make their own unique insights. Epilogue, the author of legal aid lawyers on the ethics of the construction is optimistic, and the future of legal aid lawyers in China is full of expectations.
