| Post evaluation is an indispensable and important link of item periodicity, and it has important significance to improve decision-making and investment performance. As the macro-scale fundamental constuction, power transmission&transformation project has important impact on national economy. So there is actual necessity to conduct post evaluaion of power transmission&transformation project.Referring to the theories and methods of post evaluation in stock, the writer studied post evaluation of Yuncheng's 500kV power transmission&transformation project. It comprised process evaluation, financial evaluation, impact evaionluation on Yuncheng's grid and action evaluation against local economy. The main methods applied in this part are methodology of logical framework approach and methodology of with and without comparison. The writer tried to establish the indicator system for the the post evaluation of Yuncheng's 500kV power transmission&tansformation project and put forward a model of multiple hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Lastly, the writer drew a conclusion of the post evaluation and gave some suggestions to improve it. |
