The Study On Coupling Relationship Between Economic Spatial Structure And Water Using Spatial Structure Of NingXia Hui Autonomous Region

The utilizing and developing of water resource and the problem of water using of the industry, agriculture, cities and ecology are correlate to the execution of the continual developing stratagem of most region of China in 21st century, Especially in Ning Xia autonomous region in northwest of China. The relatively single water supply sources (above 90 percent of its water supply come from Yellow river), the special structure of its economy development (water consumptive agriculture, heavy industry) and water using (flow automatically irrigating region, lift irrigation region and south mountainous region) , these make the water resource serve as the controlled factors of the continual development of NingXia. This thesis puts focus on the coupling relationship between the spatial structure of the economy and water using in Ning Xia. By discriminating the correlating notions of water resource, regional economy and regional economic spatial structure and defining connotation of it, and making retrospect and comment in the domestic and international research evolvement of water resource guaranteeing region economic development, the thesis constructed the theoretic basis from two side: the water supply supporting the development of regional economy and the water resource scarcity affecting the development of regional economy. Base on this, the thesis made analysis in the basic characters of the variation of economic regional spatial structure and the collective characters of the variation of water-using spatial regional spatial structure and the characters of coupling variation in the process of the development of Ning Xia regional economy, went deep into the inherent variation mechanism in it and possible trend of it. Finally, the thesis put forward the viable and reasonable countermeasures and advices. There are seven chapters in the thesis:The first chapter is introduction.
