Study On The Organizational High-Efficient Operation Mode Of The New High-Tech Enterprises

With the arrival of the global economic integration, the new high-tech enterprise becomes the most active strength which promotes the development of social economy. But in this enterprise's carrier that represents the most advanced productivity, activity and vitality, it is a common phenomenon that is restricted by backward organization mode and operation. To solve this problem, in term of organizing development the front part of this thesis expounds as follows: Firstly, it points out that it is a very contradictory phenomenon that this kind of organization restrains the development of high-tech enterprise. Secondly, it comments the developing trend and advance about this new-type organization's mode, simultaneously it poses that due to this new type organization mode has all sorts of defects and restriction and because of some other complicated reasons, a lot of new high-tech enterprises fail to adopt these new-type organizational forms, thus influenced the efficiency and development of these new high-tech enterprises seriously.
