Inner Mongolia Animal Husbandry Development Depends On Scientific & Technical Progress Evaluation

This article systematically evaluates the animal husbandry technical progress contribution rate during "Seventh Five-Year Plan, Eighth Five-Year Plan and from 1996 to 2003" in Inner Mongolia according to the growing speed equation. Firstly, the animal husbandry scientific & technical progress initiates the improvement of livestock productivity, promotes livestock products in order to ensure the increase of ones year by year. Secondly, according to the model we count the common invest contribution rate; at the same time, we also put order through the contribution rate of animal husbandry output value. The ranges of contribution rate of Inner Mongolia animal husbandry are material consumption, scientific & technical progress, raising livestock's number and labor's invest. This means that the scientific & technical progress have owned some proportion at animal husbandry output value. But, because the producing base is weak in Inner Mongolia rural and pastoral areas, animal husbandry produces are from traditional animal husbandry to modern one, and from natural economy to commodity's one, Inner Mongolia animal husbandry's improvement mainly depends on material invest. On the other hand, animal husbandry also pays attention to from extension of expanded reproduction to the intension of one. Thirdly, Inner Mongolia animal husbandry's labor productivity is gradually improved.So we inquire into the cause of scientific & technical influence animal husbandry's development from three parts: inside scientific & technical field, outside one and the combining port of two parts. We found that Inner Mongolia animal husbandry's scientific & technical contribution rate is in low and no stable shape through analyzing supply and demand of scientific & technical products of animal husbandry.At last, we point out three ways to improve its contribution rate: 1. To stimulate the effective demand of animal husbandry scientific & technical contribution, 2. To add the scientific & technical effective supply, 3. To combine two parts organically.
