The Management Of Process Quality In Auto Recalll

The dissertation is about "Auto Recall in China". Its study object, quality management for process is a new issue which auto manufactory must face, whatever it is domestic or overseas. To begin with, we introduce quality management for process theory of ISO/TS 16949:2002 and quality management model. Then we use the theory combining the theory of project management and of supply chain management to analyse the auto recall in China. In the end, we use AM Company, an domestic auto manufactory, as our sample to show a gasoline tank recall, which display the quality management for process workes in auto recall. For AM Company takes the leading position in market, its recall case is significative to the other auto manufactory.
