Study On Hi-tech Parks Development Based On Industrial Ecosystem

The appearance of hi-tech industry is the result of people pursuing maintainable of development. The decrease of non-reproducible resource and destruction of environment due to the improvement of industry make the knowledge-based hi-tech industry becoming the potential of our society. Hi-tech parks, being the carrier and base of hi-tech industry, have formed special environment and evolutionary mechanism and shown us a new approach of the maintainable development of economy systems and society. Therefore, the maintainable industrial ecosystem mode is the development direction of hi-tech parks.This paper begins with the brief introduction of the application of bionics in economy field and the concept of enterprise ecosystem, business ecosystem, industrial ecosystem. According to the comparative principle and method, we regard hi-tech parks as industry ecosystems, and their born, growth and death all follow the rules of ecology. Based on this hypothesis, we construct the industry ecosystem model in hi-tech parks, and give the analysis of the static characters and the dynamic evolutionary laws of the model. This paper agues that maintainable evolvement is the goal of the system, and researches the evolutionary mechanism which contains the motivation and condition of evolvement. In the research on the motivation of evolvement, we analyze the separate hi-tech enterprises and the whole ecosystem from interior and exterior point of view. According to the theory of ecology and system dynamics, with the characteristics of hi-tech industry and hi-tech parks, we conclude that the essential condition is that: the system is open and far from balance so that it can afford the nourishment; there is catalyzer to promote the system; all components in the system have synergic and competitive relationship; there must be perfect supporting environment. On the basis of the study above, we finally put forward some suggestion on the construction of industrial ecosystem in hi-tech parks taking Xi'an hi-tech industry development zone as example.
