Medical waste has been the international concerned environmental issue. It would harm the environment and public greatly by improper disposal. In China, the medical waste management developed late, the management system, related law and codes and disposal technique are all incomplete. The medical waste management system lags behind the rapid expand of the medical profession. So the medical waste pollution stands out increasingly. This paper introduces the medical waste definition, classification, harm, disposal technique, and general situation of international medical waste management. Having investigated the status quo of Tianjin medical waste management, the paper probes into medical waste disposal methods. It puts forward the study of regional disposal method, which aims at the limitation at present of disperse disposal and concentrated disposal. The paper establishes a set of index for medical waste disposal method evaluation, quantifies all uncertainly indicators by fuzzy mathematics method. It uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to fix on their weight. A mathematical model is established for fuzzy integrative evaluation to find proper medical waste disposal method. The game theory is applied to medical waste management and put forward some strategy and suggestions via game model analysis between all objects involved in medical waste management, The paper uses the Cleaner Production and source reduction, as guidance to design the internal medical waste management system of hospitals, assigns logically in right and responsibility for external management departments and supervise departments. Internal and external hospital medical waste management system design properly for the control of the generation, classify collection, storage, transportation and final disposal during the whole process. The research result could offer scientific basis and decision-making support in Tianjin medical waste management, and has theoretical and practical effect on city sustainable development, environmental safety and public health. |
