Study On Integration Of Project Schedule And Informization Management

Project management is a relatively newly developed field of management theory. This method is to control, coordinate a project, so as to accomplish the initial goal. Schedule management is one of the core theories of project management. The most important responsibility is to make a fairly good schedule, which consists of time, resource and cash flow, in order to meet all the requirement of stakeholders. In this year, integration of project schedule is very important. And the most effective method is Earned Value Management. In this thesis I will analysis Earned Value Management using in schedule picture.The development of project management software is very important aspect of PM. Now in China, project managers have many sorts of project management software to control management. However, in practice, the core function of project management software was not well realized, thus, we need to get to know more about it.MIS is the modernized tool of official business in corporate management. The biggest role is can describing in working process using in network, then the information of office system, working system, thing flows can automate. MIS is playing a large role on corporate management. Many construct enterprises use MIS to improve efficiency of management.The project A , which is to construct a electricity power station that consists of four 1000MW boiler. This construction project is using P3 as its schedule tool, and has relatively advanced MIS to share and deliver info. But in practice, the core function of project management software was not well realized.In this thesis, I have developed a type of schedule based project management information system, which integrated the core concept of project professional software and management information system. With this system, we can either have both the functions of the two type of software. In this system, schedule module is the core module, and the office atomization module is to communicate with all the modules and all the stuff.This is also the most difference between this system and project professional software. And this system contains project management theories, and the core of it is project schedule management ,which is the difference on MIS.
