Study On Knowledge Sharing Problem Inside Enterprises

It is said that Knowledge is power. Knowledge plays more and more important role in knowledge economic society. So Knowledge management is very essential to enterprises in modern society. And knowledge sharing inside enterprises is the key of knowledge management.This thesis is focused on the problem of knowledge sharing inside enterprises. The research purpose of this text lies on arousing enterprise's attention to knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing, impelling the knowledge resource get extensive spread, application and innovation inside enterprises, promoting the level of enterprise's knowledge management, expanding the new visual angle of enterprise's knowledge management, promoting enterprises to grow up sustainable.The study is based on these theories: knowledge economic theory, knowledge management theory, technological innovation theory and intellectual property right theory, etc. The article has mainly combined standardized analysis method and real example analysis method.The main clue of this research is: First of all, have pointed out the meaning and characteristics of knowledge, knowledge economy, knowledge management and knowledge sharing. Secondly, have analyzed the obstacles of knowledge sharing inside enterprises. Then, have put forward some measures of knowledge sharing inside enterprises.
