What amazed is the modernization of material and institution has lag behind modernity which brimmed over the rural society in China.According to the theory of structural function, in the process of social break-up the disequilibrium of the pace of change in the sub-system, such as economy, culture and politics has cause the incompatibility between modernization and modernity contrast to the modernity at the level of economy and institution, drawing support from the part achievement of modernization—the increasing flourishing of transportation, communication and modern medium.
