Currently, the obvious phenomenon has already appeared in the automobile market that the growth of market will be slowed down. The solution should be found by the factories. Along with fast exaltations of the our country automobile industry productivity and technology, the continuous decline of the cares's price, quick decrease of the whole car's profits, the competition of the automobile brand will be changed from technology and price to after-sales service. According to many data, the profits of the after-sales service quantity of China are very considerable, but our service quantity is not ideal. In the last several years, the import of the service" rule", method, technology of Germany ,France, America infused the advanced and vigorous mode into the Chinese original market, accelerated the development of Chinese automobile sale and service market. But, if we calmly review and consider these rules,means, systems which come from overseas , we can find that they don't have the core idea such as "equality", "trustworthiness"to Chinese most automobile customers . Under this background, analyzing the local automobile after-service environment and present condition as well as the development, I found out the service quantity problem of the local automobile dealers. In this thesis, I took company GH as an example, adopting method of investigation in the spot, data analysis, comparing analysis; applied the service quantity principle, margin model theories to analyze the service idea, the service process, the service assurance, the service remediation of the GH Company. In the end, I put forward the method of improving service quantity.
