With the establishment & consummating of socialist market economic system, enterprises, as the main body of the market, confront a very fierce competitive environment while the fixed-position product and directional marketing under the circumstance of planned economy were concealed. In order to survive and develop themselves, enterprises have to explore the market and expand their survival space. The author had been working for Quanxing Co., Ltd for years and has a very deep understanding of its production and marketing. With the years of working experience, combined with modern enterprise marketing theory, the author approaches the subject from product structure, marketing management, service management and puts forward some suggestions of improvement measures. Under the background of Chinese entrance into WTO, the marketing study of Quanxing Co., Ltd, a typical enterprise in heating treatment equipment industry, is necessary to invigorate other enterprises in this industry.
