Study On The Patterns And Evaluation Of Mutual Sustainable Development Of Rural Tourism And Community Economy

Rural tourism is a new travel style that sprang up in our country in the last 10 years. It is an important component in China's rural economy and tourism industry development in this century, and also it is a strong impetus in promoting the rural economy. It is a kind of tourism which can be compared to city landscape and artificial landscape, it also distinguish with city on the space. It is an ecotourism activity which takes the tourism resource of rural areas as the attraction. This paper analyzes the significance of rural tourism in the development of China's rural economy. Firstly, it can create more job opportunities as well as increase the income of peasants. Secondly, it can give strong impetus to the development of some related industry and improve rural industrial restructuring. Thirdly, it can promote farmers'awareness of market economy and renew their conception, thus benefiting the development of rural economy. Finally, it is beneficial to protect traditional rural landscape, rural culture and rural ecological environment, and maintain sustainable development of rural areas. The mutual sustainable development of rural tourism and economy has its strong realistic significance and referential value, It helps to solve the three problems in agriculture that some regions in our country face, and also to achieve the overall construction of a well-off society. The thesis consists of five chapters. In chapter One, the author reviews the development of the domestic and international rural tourism study, contrasts its similarities and differences from two respects of research contents and methods both at home and abroad in an all-round way, and puts forward some viewpoints on new trend of what the rural reason studies. On this basis, it throws light on its research background, significance, and main research contents and approaches. In chapter Two, the author analyses the motive force of sustainable development of the rural tourism and rural economy from two angles of the internal cause and external cause, exploring three primary conditions about the sustainable development of the rural tourism and rural economy, meanwhile, it puts forward its six major development modes on this basis. In chapter Three, the author analyzes the conditions and modes of Xidi tourism and its economical development , utilizing questionnaire census data on the spot to analyze the local residents'attitudes towards tourism development and behavior and visitors'relevant appraisal to tourism development in Xidi scenic spot. In the reference of statistical data, it analyses the impact on social economic development, which lays solid foundation for its relevant appraisal to economic sustainable development in Xidi scenic spot and the rational tourism development policies, and it promotes the sustainable development of the rural economy. In chapter Four, the author chooses the principle according to the index, consults the research results of domestic relevant sustainable development, and establishes 22 assessment indexes about rural tourism and the sustainable development of the rural economy. Through ration and qualitative analysis, it constructs fuzzy appraisal model of the rural economy and sustainable development of rural economy, and criticizes its sustainable development level of economy. The result indicates that it is better on the whole for the sustainable development level of economy in this area. Finally, it puts forward some rational suggestion and measures to promote the economic sustainable development in Xidi scenic spot. Chapter five is the conclusion part, and some correlative problems to mutual sustainable development of rural tourism and economy were put forward and discussed.
