| In 1990s, with the market economy established and the increasing of the commercialization and specialization, it is inherence demand for farmers to face to the challenge of entering WTO, to adjust the product structure, to increase the income and to defend the risks when the cooperative organized the dispersed farmers to defend the impact. It is another innovation after the he family contracted responsibility system. Nowadays, the various form of cooperative, which are inefficient in management and running, are coexist. We can summarize the shortcomings of it as the follow:The chief of the cooperative is the organization's father figure, which results in regulation no effect; it is not adjusted according the principle of international cooperative, which results in running inefficient; it leans toward the market function, which results in the organization turning to person-owned enterprise.The key to these problems is line in: the management measures are different as different organization using the principles partly. The paper shows the inner ambivalent principle of the cooperative, which compose the gist of building up a cooperative.The author firstly defines cooperative and analyzes its history and development route, then it shows that the evolvement of cooperative is not the choice of someone but as the result of economic and social advance. It analyzed the inner paradox by psychology and economics etc. shows the self-conflict changes followed by the economic social development and one's country situation. As well as taking American "New general cooperative" for an instance, we can see that the principle of international cooperative is not changeless. It is essential to change and innovate the principle.The author applied random sample combined quantitative and qualitative analyses into the study, applied the questionnaires investigation and cast study and choose 5 villages as sample from the cooperative member, including 100 members and other 117 nonmembers, 5 members' representations.
