Evaluating And Demonstration Analysis On Competitiveness Of Automobile Logistics Enterprise

With the integration of the world economy and the globalization of the market competition, especially after Chinese WTO entry, the competetion in Auto logistics becomes more and more vigorous. Competitiveness of Auto logistics enterprise has become an urgent problem to be studied.This paper mainly studied the evaluation and elevation of Auto logistics enterprise competitiveness and made the empirical study on FAW storing and transporting Co.,Ltd. Auto logistics enterprises have to keep clear-headed on their competitiveness in order to survive and grow. And how to evaluate competitiveness of Auto logist-ics enterprises also is the problem that investor and Auto manufacturer should be considered. It is obvious that analysis and evaluation of Auto logistics enterprise competitiveness is very important. The thesis has six chapters, the main content as following: The first chapter is introduction. Firstly, stating the purpose and research nece ssity, then, On the basis of a full and detailed analysis of the value of enterprise competitiveness,a review of research and study on enterprise competitiveness in our country and abroad is mentioned, and some shortage of our country theory is pointed out.Finally, introducing the content of the thesis. The second chapter introduce the automobile logistics industry's development overview of our country. This chapter summarizes the state of development of automobile logistics enterprise of our country, expound the third party of auto-mobile logistics enterprise's current situation , total car logistics current situation and the development and competitive environment of automobile logistics industry separately, Analyse it's existing problem and development countermeasure. Chapter three, the evaluation of automobile logistics enterprise's competitive ness. The first section provided the definition of enterprise's competitiveness and key element of competitiveness. The second section sketched the principle and method of choosing the evaluation index, have put forward the design idea of structuring the evaluation index system of theory and the evaluation index system of practice in the evaluation of automobile logistics enterprise's competitiveness, The construction of theory evaluation index system according to logistics business, Human resources state and institutional framework situation , financial situation. The construction of practice evaluation index system according to the actual conditions of target enterprises.The third section introduced calculation methods of the importance coefficient of the index, and has described AHP method in detail. Chapter four, evaluation methods of automobile logistics enterprise's competitiveness. The first section introduced several commonly used evaluation methods in enterprise's competitiveness, and how to choose these methods. The second section have described the evaluation method of multidimensional space distance, method of grey related degree and Fuzzy comprehensive method in detail,which can be used in evaluation of enterprise's competitiveness of automobile logistics. Chapter five, the Empirical analysis of automobile logistics enterprise's competitiveness. Firstly compare with the various fields management states of target enterprises, establish a practice evaluation index system of describing index combines with quantitative index.Then evaluate target enterprises with the AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method, get the evaluate result of the competitiveness of target enterprise.
