Analysis On The Influence Factors Of High-tech Enterprise's Performance And Performance Appraise

The management states of high-tech enterprises are directly determining the long-term development of the high-tech industry , discuss and analyze the performance influence factors is very important to strengthen the interior management of the high-tech,to improve the performance of the high-tech,and have important value to promote the government department to guide the high-tech enterprises,The thesis is a part of the project of funds in social scientific research of the humanity of Ministry of Education 'The study of high-tech enterprise's performance appraising'(01JB630005). On the basis of reading the domestic and international relevant document, the thesis makes theoretical and case study on performance influence factors of high-tech enterprise. This thesis first explained the background, research meaning and domestic and international relevant research of this thesis, then we studied the intension of high-tech enterprise's performance. We think performance is ability, way, process and result that organization or individual do some thing in a certain period; Enterprise performance appraisal is that use scientific and normal method, adopt specific index system, contrast the unified evaluation criterion, to analyze the index such as the financial benefit ,capital management , debt paying ability , ability to resist risk , develop ability etc. over a certain period in a ration and qualitative way ,the make the objective , just and accurate judgement ;The so-called high-tech enterprise performance is the series of work and the management performance that the high-tech enterprise have obtained to realize the goal of the enterprise during a certain period , the management performance is in the person of financial and non financial performance such as financial benefit, capital management, ability to resist risk, develop ability ,etc. This thesis have analyzed the different theory on enterprise performance influence factors .Nowadays the theory of enterprise's performance decisive factor Can be divided into two major schools: the theory of exogenous competition advantage and the thory of endogenetic competition advantage. Among the endogenous theory can be divided into a theory of an agreement (property right theory , ultra property right theory ) and key competitiveness theory. Mason and Beirne of Harvard University have put forward famous "S-C-P Mason-Beirne's normal form", They think enterprise's performance difference is determined by market structure and market behavior, namely the difference of enterprise's performance is external; Property right theory think clearly established ownership is the decisive factor of enterprise performance, property right theory divide into property right belong to determinism and property right structure determinism; The ultra property right theory think enterprise's performance and property right are belonged to and must be concerned to change, its mainly depends on the market competition degree, the fiercer the market competition is, the higher the diligent degree that enterprises raise the efficiency is, namely competition abundant it's a decisive factor of enterprise's performance; The key competitiveness theory thinks that in essence enterprises is the gather or the warehouse of different resource and ability, the decisive factors of enterprise's performance and competition advantage are resource , ability inside enterprises, key ability especially based on knowledge. But all of these theory dissever that enterprises is the dialectical unity of social productivity and social economic relation, when put emphasis on one aspect then ignore the function of the factor on the other hand, and the way of analyze is obviously static and absolutely ,therefore it's certain one-sidedness and metaphysics, the basic concept is difficult to be tenable. Because high-tech enterprises set up and grow up on the high-tech foundation,which have stronger research alility, and have characteristics such as high technology , high intelligence , high organizing , high competition and high risk. On the principle of Marx's enterprises are an organic and unified materialism of social productivity and social economic relationship ,we think the high-tech enterprise's performance should be linked with the resource natural endowment of enterprises, determined together by key ability and relations ownership of the enterprise. Property relations have effect on personal encouragement, impel the effective distribution of resources of enterprises , produce the enormous insurance function and offer the good restraint function etc. to act on enterprises resource natural endowment,Various kinds of resource form the key ability which is difficult for the rival enterprise to imitate through knowledge's study , accumulation , combine and innovate in this dissolve pool--enterprise. Then through the three connected activities—technology activity, organizes management activity and market activity, the key ability effect on enterprises's performance. In this thesis through Analytic Hierarchy Process we get the factor's weight level. For the characteristics such as high intelligence , high risk, we think we should not merely appraise the enterprise's present profit ability, we should put emphasize on the appraisal on the growth and developing ability in the future of the enterprise. So we set up the evaluation index with the combination of financial index and non financial index at the point of intellectual capital. Intelligence capital is the floorboard of all the intangible assets that company have, namely enterprises =Physical assets + intelligence capital. We think that intelligence capital should include human resource, technological capital, organization capital and social capital. among them, human resource is the knowledge and skill that the indicidual have, it's belong to individual, it's a kind of tacit knowledge, it's the synthesis of individual's education, experience, the attitude to working and living, and heredity, etc. Technological capital is the ability to combine the element of production and the ability of innovationg that the enterprise have in the production process, its remarkable form of expression is intellectual property right and tacit technology;Organization capital is a kind of organization environment, the atmosphere or the mechanism that can enable individuals to bring into play the knowledge, skill. Enterprise's social capital is a kind of abity that can get the exiguous resource which the enterprise need through the social relationships network and more extensive socal structure. In this four capital, the human capital is the key capital, technological capital and organization capital is the inside capital of the organization, and social capital organize outside advantage. Finally we select two IT enterprise in Changchun to make case study, we appraise this two high-tech enterprises by the using of the fuzzy evaluation assessment, then analyse the state of the performance influence factors in this two enterprises, then we can approve the function os these factors. Concludely, the main conclusion and work of this thesis is: 1. On the whole, this thesis structure the function mechanism block diagram of the high-tech enterprise's performance influence factor on foundations of studying of forefathers, and we set up the evaluation index with the combination of financial index and non financial index at the point of intellectual capital, then we make the case study on. 2. This thesis studied the intension of performance, enterprise's performance, high-tech enterprise, high-tech enterprise's performance. 3. On the base of property right theory , ultra property right theory and key competitiveness theory, on the principle of Marx's enterprises are an organic and unified materialism of social productivity and social economic relationship ,we think the high-tech enterprise's performance should be linked with the resource natural endowment of enterprises, determined together by key ability and relations ownership of the enterprise. 4.
