With the persistent development of our country's economy and thegradual growth of our people's insurance consciousness, the insuranceindustry has made a great development in china. In 2004 the income from thenational insurance fees attained 431.81 billion Yuan, together compared toincrease 11.3%, and the insurance company total properties are 1185.36billion Yuan, being 273.07 billion Yuan more than 2003. It has really becomethe domestic rising sun industry. On the other hand, a lot of questions havebeen exposed at the same time of the development, but among them theshortness of talented persons has already become one of the most urgentproblems which should be solved at present. The lacking of talents particularagent has restricted the healthy development of China's insurance market. Atpresent a large number of staff that dealing with insurance sale doesn't havehigh qualification or sufficient experience, which could cause the unsatisfyingconsequences when they serve the customers or the companies.The insurance market in China is developing at an incredible speed,which requires more people with better quality to boost it. As a matter of fact,only 10% of so-called Star staff achieved more than 60% performance to holdinsurance companies in their present activity .The gap between the realisticcircumstance and the high requirements appears to be more and more obvious.The worse problem brought by this could be the cutthroat war of scramblingfor talents among different insurance companies. On the other hand, China'sinsurance companies must face the threat from oversea companies. Onceoversea companies enter the local insurance market, undoubtedly, they willattract talents with more experience to join them. To develop healthily andnormally, the principal task waiting China's insurance companies to solve ishow to attract more talent people from wider sources and how to use them in abetter way. For our country's insurance not only opportunities but also challengesare brought while more and more oversea companies enter the local insurancemarkets in succession. The domestic insurance companies have to innovatefrom the root of the system innovation and the marketing strategies in order tooccupy markets and boost up strength and finally develop our insuranceenterprise. The market recognizes nothing but competition, benefit, therational circulation and the intervention of resource deployment. Under thiscircumstances the administrative systems of our china's insurance companiesshould look for another way and change their points of view to analyze themodes of business operation by which the oversea companies enter into ourcountry's insurance markets and how the existing insurance of our countryreceives this kind of external competitions and faces the challenges afterjoining the WTO by ourselves efforts and drawing lessons from the advancedexperiences of developed countries insurance industry. This paper is made up of four chapters.
