In 1997, the government proposed that distributing of profits should be according to the production elements under socialist market economy. The new distribution structure has been set up gradually, and the elements such as capital, technology, and entrepreneur's ability are allowed and encouraged to participate in the distribution of income of enterprises. Being an important production element, human capital can participates in distribution. But the yardstick of distribution must be solved. So the measuring of contribution value becomes more and more important in the innovation of income distribution.By anglicizing the characteristics of human capital and its role in value creating, the author conceived the measuring model of human capital contribution ratio and contribution value based on the other's research. The author makes the following new contribution: l.Studing on the measuring theory of human capital contribution value.2. Concretely and innovatively studying on measuring model of currently value.This dissertation gets a certain extent achievement on studying the human capital value, and has solved the problem of measuring. But the situation is complicated, and due to limitations of the author, there are many factors have not been involved in this dissertation, which will be studied deep-seated in the future.
