Competitive strategy of cooperation is competition of different operation models and related to cooperation's future. The strategy of Customer Relation Management (CRM) might be used to forecast, manage and satisfy demands of customer and supply. CRM is a process of reorganizing customer, consolidating customer's behaviors and connecting the relationship among company, customer and supply. Optimizing company' ability of earning profit, improving benefit and better customer's satisfaction are its goals. The draft, design and implement of CRM strategy are necessary if such functions of CRM can express their full effects. Following are the major work in this article:1. Introducing the development process and CRM strategy of Shunhuayuan and pointing out the study problem;2. Introducing the company' environment. Analyzing the macro environment, professional environment and competitive environment system. Analyzing the market environment deeply using five-forces models as the preparation for study the company' CRM strategy.3. Analyzing the company inter environment and finding its problem and its demand. Analyzing opportunity and threaten of the company's outside and strength and weak inside using SWOT method. Positing for the company and making it clearly know where it is standing.4. Through analyzing inside and outside environment, identifying the necessity of CRM.
