With the rapid process of global economy incorporated and new markets formed, more and more products are circulated in wider scope, even as global products transported and sold in the world. The demand of this transportation forms logistics prime mover. At the same moment, it promotes the technologies of logistics chain selecting model.Since the middle of 1990's. great changes have taken place in our country's logistics field, that social ware sale have increased in a never heard of speed. And the increasing rate is continuously higher than that of GDP. However, the low logistics efficiency is becoming the bottleneck in the further development because of the behindhand mode and unreasonable route choice and node choice. So, reasonable logistics mode and infrastructure selecting, time shortening, cost reducing and quality improving are urgent affairs to quicken the logistics. The concept of logistics chain is raised, and that of constitute is analyzed in the thesis. Material transfer optimized come down to the choice optimized. Each factor related with material transfer should be considered in logistics chain selecting, the selection should be restricted in the selections or their combinations of equipments and methods in transfer process. The studies on logistics chain selecting and logistics chain utility function analyzing are the emphasis of the paper. Basing on the study on foreign and inland providers choices, and the research of transportation modes partition, from the characters of logistics chain, each factors affecting logistics chain utility is discussed, and a probe to the logistics chain selection model based disaggregate model theory is made.
