The international trade industry in China will face more new problems after its entry to WTO. eg. in recent years a variety of export commodities fair, products exhibition and goods order fair is boosting where sample contract is the major transaction form. Therefore, disputes on sample contract is more and more complicated. The study on the legal system of sample contract is of great theoretical and practical significance, that meets the demands of opening and international trade, effectively regulates the relation of sample contract, amend and perfects the legislation of China and hence properly and universally applies these laws as well.
