Through management of changing the organization's inertia, dispelthe negative influence of the organization's inertia completely, improvethe ability to organization's adaptive capacity and effective metabolism toexternal world. Thus the organization can keep the competition advantageand gain sustainable development.Researching the formation mechanism of organization's inertia, wemaster the forming law of the inertia.
