The Evaluation Of Utilization Benefit Of Supporting Agriculture In Finance

The problem of low benefit of capital utilization, confused supervision still comparatively conspicuous, although the performance of using agricultural finance has been paid close attention to in China, the supervision and checkup also have been strengthened. The appraisal of financial performance still bases on practical experience. Under such a background, This paper analyses the current situation of the performance of using finance supporting agriculture in Zhejiang province, sets up the financial evaluation systems to appraise the agricultural finance utilization, and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions. This thesis is comprised of the following five parts:The First part, explain background, introduces the international experience and the current domestic situation of supporting agriculture in finance, put forward the basic goal, the content of this research and so on.The Second part, introduces the 4 stages of supporting agriculture in Zhejiang province in history briefly, do statistical analysis, provide the changes and current characteristics of fund (especially special fund) supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang province.The third part, bases on the meaning of setting up financial utilization benefit evaluation index system, puts forward the principles, thoughts, sets up system models, the computing ways of the first stages of general index systems and the economic benefit index computing mode.The fourth part, the analysis and evaluation of the cases that the economic benefit of supporting agriculture in finance, calculating of financial social benefit and ecological benefit index and the corresponding standards and the appraisal result of Zhejiang provinceThe fifth part, according to the analysis above, this paper summarizes some basic conclusions.
