Research On Development Of Regional Industry Clusters Based On Innovation Networking

As an organazation with local embeddedness, industry clusters promote development of regional economy. After China entering WTO, Chinese enterprises have to meet more intense competition from home and abroad. For traditional SMEs are lack of core competition, industry cluster is the selectable organization of traditional SMEs. So industry cluster is the resource of regional competitiveness and also become an important stratigic tool to promote it.Based on review of cluster theories, this paper analysed evolution of competitive advantage of industry clusters. In clusters, knowledge, especially tacit knowledge, is the base of the capabilities of network-innovation. And the collective leaning is the approach to them. Being in the framework of structuralism, the author differentiates leaning activities, conceives the model of relations between knowledge, leaning and network-innovation accordingly, and expatiates the preconditions and process of collective leaning, the action of innovation networking.The preface explains the research purpose, practical value and research methods.The second part reviews and evaluates the domestic and foreign theories on industrial clusters, emphasizing the theory of Innovative Networks and Innovation System.In the third part we discussed the evolution of competitive advantage of industry clusters.
