A Discussion On The Influence That The Floating Population Has On The National Relations Of Xinjiang

The article discusses emphatically the role that the floating population plays on the national relations in Xinjiang after New China was born. It not only explains the conception of the floating population and the national relations but also gives the sorts of them. It expounds the course of the history about the floating population in Xinjiang. And it analyzes the influence that the floating population has on the national relations. Besides these, it puts forward a few thoughts about their current. The study on the article is very important for the reformation and opening as well as the modernization of construction in Xinjiang. The article is divided into four parts: The first part gives a theoritical thought about the floating population and the national relations from two aspects: the basic thought about the floating population and the thought about the national relations in Xinjiang. The second part expounds the process of the history about the floating population in Xinjiang after New China was born. It is divided into two aspects: First, it gives a brief account of the floating population before New China was born. The earliest floating population in Xinjiang was in Han dynasty. Floating population has moved constantly to Xinjiang since ZhangQian came to the Western Area in 138B.C in all kinds of dynasties from Han dynasty to Qing dynasty in Chinese ancient history. Second, the course of the floating population in Xinjiang after New China was born can be divided into four phases: (1) from the peaceful libration of Xinjiang to the middle 1960s. (2) from the late 1960s to the late 1970s. (3) from the early 1980s to the early 1990s. (4) from the middle 1990s to now. The third part discusses the influence the floating population has on the national relations in Xinjiang, which is the emphasis of the article. With the development of society as well as the reformation and opening in China, the floating population is still an important factor. On one hand, the people of Xinjiang go into the other provinces in Cnina, which is important. On the other hand, the people of other provinces come to Xinjiang. The research on these problems are very important and necessary. This part is discussed from three aspects: (1) the importance about the research. (2) the positive role that the floating population plays on the national relations in Xinjiang. (3) the negative influence that the floating population has on the national relations in Xinjiang. The last part summarizes the ideas about the trend, which is the conclusion of the article. It expounds from two aspects: First, the relation between the floating population and the national relations. The floating population makes the relation between Xinjiang and other areas in China closer, which helps people learn culture and lives from each other. Second, the thought about the trend.
