Research On The Coordination Schema Of Urban Population Resources Environment Economy In The Urbanization Of Jinan

According to the principle of combining quantifying analysis and nature analysis,The paperanalyses the comprehensive evaluation method of urban population resource and environmentcoordination development which aiming at evaluating the developing level of Jinan and based onthe present research on evaluation methods inside and outside of China. The mainresearches areshown as bellow:1. A systematic conclusion of the research of urban pred coordination development is madebased on the contents and mechanisms of urban sustainable development after reviewing thepresent research.2. The index system framework of evaluating the level of urban pred coordinationdevelopment is presented. The paper analyses the evaluation of urban pred coordinationdevelopment with the methods of systematic analysis. An indexsystem of evaluating urban predcoordination development is set up in the research.3. Method framework of evaluating urban pred coordination development is set up in thepaper. The framework makes use of the method of multi-index comprehensiveevaluation. Themethod of entropy-value is also used in the framework to decide the four comprehensive indexes.With these indexes, comprehensive evaluating coefficient of pred coordination development isfound: coordination index of pred coordination development. This paper uses the coefficient toquantify the evaluation of urban coordination development.4. The ability of urban coordination development of Jinan city during 1990 and 2000 isevaluated in this paper. Characteristics of urban coordination development of Jinan are foundduring the evaluation. The Characteristics will contribute to decision-making of urbanmanagement of Jinan and some other cities in the future.5. A SD model for predicting urban coordination development is setup according totheoriesof systematic engineering. The paper evaluates the present level of pred coordinationdevelopment of Jinan city. The results show that the present strategy of the urban development ofJinan is not right in many sides. If there is no intervention of human, the economic andenvironmental development of the city will become bad. This shows that Jinan city pay moreattention to economic development.
