Multi-Factor Study Of Industry Injury And The Causality In Anti-Dumping Cases

According to Anti-Dumping law, importing countries have to prove that there is injury and the causality between dumped imports and injury. In fact, in anti-dumping case there are many factors affecting industry development. Investigation organizations in China only take into consideration the influence on economic index caused by dumping when it comes to the judgement on the causality between dumped imports and injury, while eliminating the other factors which may effect the industry development. As long as it can be illustrated that there are no other factors which can be drawn that there is the causality between dumped imports and injury. This way only a single factor of industry injury and the causality between dumped imports and injury is lack of scientificalness, so it is douted.The thesis takes multi-factors parallel analysis different from that in which only a single factor of industry injury and the causality between dumped imports and injury is analyzed. First, the thesis analyzes the factors which may probably influence the development of the industry from the standpoint of corporation management. Second, on the basis of finance analysis, the thesis makes judgement on index and gives influence coefficient of the factors . Then, calculate and analyze the effect of the factors to the index. Last, refer the result to the industry injury degree parameter and it not only can make sure the causality between dumped imports and injury, but also can judge the causality between other factors and injury.Multi-factor parallel study of industry injury and the causality in anti-dumping cases found in the study can be used in business diagnosis.
