National property is the sum total of all tangibles, incorporeal property and assets rights that one nation owns, which includes three categories .operating ,administration and natural resources national property. National property is the eternal guarantee for realizing national rights. The offence of infringing national property means an act that people who run, take, offer or manage national property breach of laws and regulations to infringe the particular rights that a nation has national property, resulting in heavy drain on national property. It is different from characteristics of other crimes to offences of infringing of national property in criminal objects, objective aspects and criminal subjects and subjective aspects. Taking criminal tricks as the basis, the crimes about infringing national can classify to be for seeking profits, possessing as well as the crimes of misconduct in office. Taking the targets to offence as the basis , they can classify the crimes about infringing national property on administration and cause and infringing natural resources .The crimes of national property influence the socialist fairness, freedom , order as well as beneficial value. It is of important significance to research the crime of infringing national property.
