Study On Innovation And Development Of Leading Enterprise In The Agricultural Industrialization

Leading enterprise is the major type organization in agricultural industrialization, it plays an important role in leading peasant entry into market and increasing their income. With the developing in recent years, it has been formed some foundations, and gets some effects. However, there are still some problems during its development, just like the healthy relationship between leading enterprise and peasant isn't formed, the support of government isn't enough and the agricultural products' competitive quality isn't strong. These hinder the innovation and development of leading enterprise. Furthermore, for the intension of market completion, especially entering into WTO and facing the international market completion, some new problems has been occurred, example the agricultural product be retrained in export for the reason of " green barrier", and these formed new requirement to the development of leading enterprise. Besides, the agricultural industrialization has to develop further because of the demands of the strategy structural adjustment.The article narrates the problems and unfavorable elements, and further analysis the causes of the main problems. Then concludes that there need some conditions to develop leading enterprise. Just only the agricultural market system been formed, and the government to support it, the leading enterprise then can develop healthily and continually. At the same time, the relationship between leading enterprise and peasant is the basis of agricultural industrialization. And the unstable relationship between leading enterprise and peasant is the serious problem of leading enterprises' development. From the analyses we can conclude that the leading enterprise and peasant will choose to violate the agreement for each other's max benefits during the transaction. The unequal status of leading enterprise and peasant in transaction is the major reason to be difficult to form the equal and stable connection. Based on these, the article finally supposes somesuggestions to form a series of new mechanism to accelerate the leading enterprise to innovate and develop.
