The litigation cost system has become one of the parts whichCan not be depart from the procedure law in modern countries.Just like the procedural riht ,the litigation cost is tightly connected withthe right of the litigant,and wheather it is reasonable or not shows how much a personwas protected by his country. In modern countries ruled by law,it is people's constitutional rights to get adjudiction.In order to realize this right ,enable the people really enjoy the right ,a reasonable litigation seems to be very important. Because only when the average people can afford the litigation and consider it reasonable,will they choose to realize their rights though sue.on another words ,if they think the litigation cost too high or unreasonable,they may refuse to solve problems though sue.In this situtation,the justice of law will be something luxious far away from common people.In order to make it sure that all the people can realize their procedural right ,and make the new justice be accessible to everyone ,the country has to provide them realitive protection,and gets rid of the barrier of politics,law and economic,especially the expensive litigationcost.So ,the reform and perfect of the litigation cost system has a great sense of reality in the view of protect the procedual right of the poor in China .This essay just want to dicuss the theory about the litigation cost, the function of the litigation cost, the comprosion of foreigon countries litigation cost, the litigation cost of our country and try to find out the shortcomings ,and try to reform it's system.
