The Self-organization theories are one of the transcendent achievements of the rather complicate modern sciences. It turns out that the natural system conforms to the self-organization theories, which also applies to human system. The article, based on the self-organization theories and the characteristics of the team, puts forward that the self-organization team(SORT) can be rated as a complex self-adapting organization which evolves into a new one of itself. The article, in the first place, explores the connotation and characteristics of the self-organization team. It states through analysis that the SORT is organizational team with open features which comprises of two more members who share the common wishes (missions or targets) and who can, according to the change of the environment, interact, co-operate and co-adapt with each other. Then the article puts forward the theoretical basis of the founding of SORT through the angle of management, Psychology and Economics. Thirdly, the article argues the SORT organizational design methods, respectively from organization structures, procedures, scales, personnel selection and mechanism. Finally, it proposes that six instruments could safeguard SORT's operation, respectively management by objectives(MBO), managing boundaries, management by communication, human resource management, motivating management and performance management. Moreover, the article illustrates the analysis with the example of China's Non-governmental Organizations(NGO).It states that NGOs are complicatedself-adapting teams too.The current problems which China's NGOs are confronting need to be solved with the SORT theories. The article illustrates the SORT organization part with the example of China's NGOs.
